An artist's usual intention is to express something particular with his works. Can this be conceived by everybody?

I always take a great interest in what others are able to see in my artworks. At times I am very surprised what kind of (new) aspects beholders discover or emphasize on. This feed back is a great source of inspiration - it serves to reviewing my own perception: How and what can "one" behold or perceive in a different way?

In order to check this out I went to Oldenburg City in summer 2006 with one of my artworks and asked people what they could see in it.
